Coin Holder - Using glue or wire adds time to the construction of a shadow box. This process can compromise or even damage the object and in time, the glue can give away, allowing the object to come loose in the frame. Mighty Mounts are polycarbonate pH neutral plastic devices that have a stem that is quickly and easily placed through mat board and foamboard backing to hold the object securely in the shadow box. To assemble, first lay out your objects in a shadow box the way you want them to be viewed. Second, take an awl and place a hole at the desired location through the backing. Place the stem of the Mighty Mounts through the hole and place a speed nut on the back to hold it in place. Once your holders are in place, attach your object and it is ready to frame.
