Authorization

By entering your banking information:

a. You are stating that you are an authorized user on this account and that the associated information entered (account holder name, account number, billing address, etc.) is accurate.

b. You authorize Omega Moulding to withdraw the amount you have requested against the bank account you have provided.

Charges

If a payment is returned by your banking institution, a $30 returned payment fee will be applied to your account.
